When people think of Microblading with Beauty Ink Ireland they often think of those envious, Istagram perfect, eyebrows. We however offer much more than just Microblading for eyebrows. Below are 3 other areas of the body women often come to us to have treatments on. LipsLips are becoming increasing popular to have treated with semi permanent make up. The ombre blush lip is new trend in Semi Permanent make up. Women who want to achieve a fuller lip prefer this treatemnt to fillers as it creates a subtle rounded effect with shadows and natural highlights. EyelinerAnyone who has ever applied eyeliner knows the pain of trying to get your wings to match up, and then when you do you accidentally rub them or it rain or you do a gym session and they smudge! Well that is why more and more women are having Semi Permanent eyeliner treatments. There is a varied amount of styles, thicknesses and wing length to choose from. All of which are discussed in your consultation and a template is drawn on and altered until you are happy before the machine pigmant is applied. AreolaAreolas & Nipples (brown/pink part around the nipple) are often removed for masectomies. Mastectomy is the medical term for the surgical removal of one or both breasts, partially or completely. Often women will have implants put in under the skin to get their breast shape back but miss the areolas and nipples and Beauty ink can help with that. We can create the illusion of a nipple using pigmants in dark and light shades to give the effect of a real nipple. Some women are also born with very light areolas and have had them darkened with us using our machine based semi permanent make up. If you are thinking of having Microblading done, why not get some more information on it. Email, txt or send us a direct message on Facebook.

Semi Permanent Lip Liner & Blush is almost exactly what you would expect from its name. Your professional Semi Permanent Makeup technician will tattoo an outline on the boarder of your lips. Then, she/he will shade in to the middle of the lip to create a permanent ‘blush’ effect – creating a fuller lip. How long does it last? Semi Permanent Lip Liner & Blush (Lip Tattooing) usually lasts for 12-18 months. This is a question that we get asked by EVERYBODY that walks through the doors of our 17 Beauty Ink salons nationwide. Every individual’s body works at a different pace – and some will hold the pigment for a lot longer than others. However, we usually advise between 12-18 months. A while back, permanent makeup used to be applied with real ink, just like a normal body tattoo. This would last longer, because body tattoo ink has a watery consistency and the body doesn’t try to kick it out as quickly. However, body tattoo ink doesn’t look very natural at all! In today’s world, Semi Permanent Makeup is applied with pigment, rather than ink. Pigment is thicker – and gives a much more natural finish, but the body removes it in about 12-18 months. A great Semi Permanent Makeup technician will be able to give a client an almost unnoticeable set of tattooed lips, or brows, all thanks to modern pigments. Are lip liner tattoos better than temporary lip fillers? Lip liner tattoos are totally different to temporary lip fillers – and both have their benefits. The purpose of lip liner & blush tattoo services is to add colour to the lips – giving a sharper, more enhanced set of lips. However, it is absolutely not intended to make the lips bigger than they are. People just love the vibrancy that Semi Permanent Lip Tattoo services offer. Lip fillers are totally different. They’re all about adding some volume & plump. Kylie Jenner has almost revolutionised the Dermal Filler industry – taking her almost non-existent lips to powerful & full lips. “I occasionally get asked if I can make a client’s lips bigger with lip tattoo services. Semi Permanent Makeup technicians won’t ever put pigment outside of the natural lip line – as the pigment will develop in to an entirely different colour on the skin than it does on a lip. If people are looking for much bigger lips, I often tell them to go to a cosmetic specialist for some dermal fillers before I deliver the lip tattoo services. This ensures that the lips are the desired size, and that the lip colour is great.” – Sinead Corcoran, Owner of Beauty Ink Ireland How much does lip tattooing cost? This depends on the quality that you’re desiring. Here at BeautyInk Ireland our price for a Lip Tattoo procedure is Ómbre effect €350 or Blush all over €350, Touch ups 6-8 weeks €100. It is likely that you could find the service cheaper elsewhere – but we’ve seen far too often that you get what you pay for. We’ve invested heavily in to continuous advanced training courses like the Baltic Brows Conference in the Caribbean this year, the best equipment available on the market, and the best pigments to ensure that our procedures are of an extremely high quality. It requires a lot of commitment to allow somebody to put a tattoo on to your lips – so whether you choose to go with Beauty Ink Ireland or not, we always advise to make sure that you are dealing with a high quality technician. Is it painful? Let’s put it this way… Yes, because you’re having a sensitive part of your body tattooed – but no, because it really isn’t as bad as some people believe it is. Yes. It is painful. But not excruciating. It is a needle going in to the your lip, so there is bound to be some pain. But in my opinion, waxing hurts way more! I stubbed my toe today and that was at least 100X worse. I stood on a plug a few weeks ago and I think that was about 500X worse. There are so many things that are worse. Try not to be so scared of the pain that you’re not willing to have the procedure done. I promise you, you’ll survive. I hope this has explained Lip Tattoo services in a way that gives you some confidence. We have lots of clients every week who can’t live without their Semi Permanent Lip Liner & Blush now. It’s a fundamental piece of their beauty schedule. If you have any questions, or if you would like to book in for a free consultation to see what Lip Tattooing could do for you, send us a message on Facebook, email or ring us and we’ll make sure you’re looked after. 087-1036650 info@beautyink.ie These photos may initially make you laugh but really they serve a purpose. These are all real life women who went to have treatments with untrained non-professionals. It breaks my heart to see these pictures because not only is it a horrible ordeal for these people it also damages the quality work that myself and other semi permanent make up artists do in Ireland on a regular basis. If you are thinking of having a semi permanent make up treatment or Microblading, please get in contact with Beauty Ink Ireland. We are more than happy to show you our previous work and to answer any questions you may have. Never go to anyone who you are not certain about their work. It may damage your health or permanently effect your skin. We at Beauty Ink Ireland use 100% disposable tools, as our clients safety and the quality of our work is our number 1 priority. Beauty Ink Ireland prides itself on always delivering natural looks that match perfectly with your own hair and skin tone. We do this buy using multiple pigments and creating unique hair patterns to match with your hairs natural growth. We offer consultations to make sure all your permanent make up questions are answered. We then book you in for your initial treatment but also suggest you return for a touch up in 4-6 weeks. The touch up allows you to add in additional pigments, clients usually find themselves wanting darker strands added at this stage as in the first appointment they wanted to err on the side of caution and go lighter. There are many semi permanent make up artists and Microblading technicians doing amazing work in Ireland. These images show the more drastic side of work gone wrong. I strongly urge clients to research, research, research their chosen salon and ask as many questions as possible before selecting one to have their treatment done in. Beauty Ink Ireland is in 17 salons across Ireland and we have multiple Microblading and semi permanent appointments and salons in Dublin and Cork to try and meet the ever growing demand for our clients.
