We all know fruits and vegetables are good for us, but below are 3 top foods that are nutrient dense and exactly what your eyebrows need to help promote hair growth. They're easy superfoods to add to your diet that are great for hair and nails too.

ALMONDS
Nuts are the perfect superfood to boost the growing potential of your eyebrows.  Almonds are particularly good for improving the volume of hair.  Part of the reason nuts are so good for your eyebrows is because of the oils found in them.  You only need a small daily serving to see a lasting impact too.
A 1 ounce (28 grams, or small handful) serving of almonds contains Fat: 14 grams (9 of which are monounsaturated). Almonds are among the world’s best sources of vitamin E, with just one ounce providing 37% of the recommended daily intake.

ALOE VERA
Aloe vera is famous
contains a compound named aloenin that promotes hair growth. It has a chemical makeup similar to that of keratin, hence it rejuvenates hair with its own nutrients, giving it more elasticity and preventing breakage. Aloe Vera gel is non-sticky and gets absorbed fast, so it can be applied several times a day.

Aloe Vera is also good for people with excess sebum. It will get rid of too much oil and open up follicular pores, thus encouraging eyebrow hair growth. It is effective for growing thick or voluminous brows permanently. And as an added bonus you can drink it or use it as a leave in conditioning treatment. 2 in 1 = great value!

Egg Yolk
The hair of the eyebrows are made up of keratin protein, and egg is a great source of protein. Keratin is a major ingredient in most hair growth supplements. Egg yolks are also a rich source of biotin, which helps your brows grow. You will get a faster growth rate if you use this treatment twice a week.

Separate the egg yolk from the white. Beat the yolk till the consistency is smooth. Apply to your eyebrows using a Q-tip or a brush. Keep it on for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Important to remember that after microblading it is necessary to keep eyebrows dry and away from oil and water.
